WHAT DO I WEAR?
Business Casual* OR you're invited to wear a costume, if you're coming to the Murder Mystery Dinner Party!
WHERE DO I PARK?
There is plenty of free parking in the lot and there is street parking conveniently located nearby. .
WHAT IF I'M A LITTLE LATE?
Doors Open 1/2 hr. before each show. Please arrive before show time as events begin promptly and the show is interactive. In consideration of others, latecomers may not be seated immediately. This also includes patrons who leave their seats during the performances. You may be asked to wait before you can return to your seat.
SHOULD I BRING MY KIDS?
Most of our shows, including this one, are best suited for ages 10-12 and up. We do not permit children ages 5 or younger unless it is specifically a kid's show.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT OUT MY TICKET?
No. You will not need your printed ticket. However, you may wish to keep a copy on your phone.
DOES MY NAME HAVE TO BE ON MY TICKET
Tickets will be reserved in the name of the ticket purchaser. The ticket holder does not have to be the person who attends. However, we are not responsible for tickets lost or stolen.
WHAT IF THERE'S AN EMERGENCY, IS MY TICKET TRANSFERABLE?
Should an emergency arise and you cannot attend the show, tickets may be transferable. However, we reserve the right to determine if this is an appropriate action.
WHERE IS MY SEAT?
For dinner theater events, seating is assigned. If you and your party purchase your tickets separately, someone from your party should email at firstname.lastname@example.org or text to 216-785-4571, so that you can be seated together. Otherwise seating is open.
Parties of 9 or more may be seated separately, but near by.
CAN I VIDEO ANY PART OF THE SHOW?
Video taping is strictly prohibited. However, we do allow personal photos and photos with the cast at designated times.
WHERE ARE THE RESTROOMS?
Restrooms are located on the same floor. However, if you require assistance, please let a hostess know and we'll be happy to help.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We do offer a concession stand when we have stage plays and other events that do not include food and beverages
